Good news for travelers flying in and out of the Asheville Regional Airport! The airport received $7.5 million in economic recovery funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
The funding will be use to make renovations to the A-Gates and security checkpoints. Renovations will be complete by spring 2011.
