The hotel embraces all things Asheville in its philosophy and design by featuring locally inspired artwork and regionally sourced materials. The lobby contains a Gabion wall stacked with native stones of various shapes and sizes and photographic murals of outdoor scenes taken by Asheville artist Zen
Sutherland. The local influence even extends to the hotel’s Phi Bar & Bistro. The menu is based on locally made and grown products from the community.
