Asheville's food culture has blossomed over the past decade. A true Foodtopian Society, the community has seen an explosion of restaurants with a commitment to farm-to-table practices. In fact, there are over 250 independent restaurants, 15 plus tailgate markets and Asheville is home to ten craft breweries. Our kitchens are filled with alumni from elBulli, Michelin chefs, New South cooks and so many others who have brought their delicious craft to our mountain town.
