Out of ten chefs from the Southeast, only one can be named the best new chef for the region. One of those featured in the new online poll from Food & Wine is Asheville's very own Katie Button of Curate. Over the next week, the public will help determine which chef deserves the title of America's most brilliant up-and-coming chefs of the year. You can vote one time only through March 18, 2013.
